Lineage Carmagnola CBD strain
Carmagnola CBD is a mostly sativa hybrid, 80% Sativa / 20% Indica, from crossing Carmagnola CBD x Kush CBD. It carries citrus, earthy and lemon notes over a clear, mostly sativa character.
With a Low THC of 0.1% to 0.2% and a Medium CBD of around 9% to 12%, it is a great choice for anyone after a happy, clear experience with a good dose of energy and no psychoactive intensity.
Origin
Carmagnola CBD originates in Europe, specifically from Italian genetics with a long connection to industrial hemp. It crosses Carmagnola CBD with CBD Kush, drawing on legendary genetics like Hindu Kush, and shares a similar character to CBD Candida. With that deep-rooted European heritage, Carmagnola CBD seeds are ideal for growers seeking a robust, reliable CBD strain.
Its genetic background makes it a classic of the industrial-hemp scene. The balance of Italian lineage and Kush robustness gives a versatile plant with exceptional stability and quality, highly valued for CBD extraction.
CBD Carmagnola Sativa or Indica?
Carmagnola CBD is a sativa-dominant strain, 80% Sativa / 20% Indica, with energizing, uplifting properties. Its sativa genetics give a taller structure, vigorous growth and narrow leaves, making these feminized seeds ideal for outdoor or large-scale industrial cultivation.
As a sativa, it thrives in warmer climates with ample sunlight, producing medium yields while keeping THC very low, perfect for CBD-focused growers. Carmagnola CBD delivers consistent results, combining European sativa dominance with reliable hemp production.
Carmagnola CBD Effects
Carmagnola CBD offers calming, therapeutic effects without psychoactive intensity, thanks to its very low THC. Many report feeling happy, relaxed and uplifted, ideal for anyone seeking natural wellness benefits, and its CBD content keeps the effect balanced for daily use.
With its roots in industrial hemp, Carmagnola CBD is also perfect for CBD oil extraction. Many turn to it for support with fatigue, muscle spasms and stress, a non-intoxicating experience, and its smooth character makes it a popular choice for medical and recreational CBD users alike. Effects vary from person to person.
Germinating Carmagnola CBD seeds
It is important to germinate your weed seeds carefully if you want to have a healthy harvest from day one. Although there are several methods to germinate our Feminized cannabis seeds, at Blimburn Seeds, we recommend our customers to follow our easy and simple technique.
Before removing our Carmagnola CBDĀ seeds from their packaging, remember that cannabis seeds are alive and delicate. Our hands are full of bacteria that can easily infect seeds and ruin our germination.
Set Up Your Germination Station:Ā Begin by moistening two paper towels with room temperature water. Lay one paper towel on a plate and spread the seeds on it, spacing them about 2 cm apart. Place the second paper towel on top of the seeds, and make sure to remove any excess water from the plate. Cover the setup with another opaque plate and store it in a warm, dark location.
Monitoring: Make sure paper towels are still moist by checking every 4-6 hours and spraying room temperature water. Typically, germination should occur within 24 to 120 hours. Once the seeds have sprouted tap roots, plant them with the roots facing down and cover with about 2 cm of soil.
Remember to water the soil regularly by spraying to keep it moist. It may take up to two weeks for the plants to start growing.
Ideal Conditions: Maintain a consistent temperature of 69.8 ĀŗF ā 78.8 ĀŗF (21 ĀŗC ā 26 ĀŗC) in the germination area. Use purified room temperature bottled water with a pH level between 5.5 and 6.5. Keep the seeds away from light, allowing exposure for less than 1 minute before and during germination. Avoid touching the seeds or applying pressure to them.
Record Keeping: To qualify for the three month germination guarantee, it is necessary to follow all the steps outlined in our germination guidelines.
Please do not useĀ alternative germination methods, such as using a water bottle or planting directly into soil. Document the germination process through photography or video, as it will be requested when assessing claims for replacement products.
Carmagnola CBD Flowering Time
Carmagnola CBD has a flowering time of 8 to 10 weeks, showcasing its resilience and adaptability. Growers can expect steady growth and generous yields, especially outdoors in favorable conditions, with genetics that stay consistent through the flowering stage.
Across those 8 to 10 weeks, this sativa-dominant strain develops dense, resinous, CBD-rich flowers. Its flowering period reflects its industrial-hemp background, delivering high-quality buds ideal for extraction. With proper care and good conditions, it rewards growers with reliable, top-tier results.
How to grow Carmagnola CBD?
Carmagnola CBD can be grown indoors or outdoors under optimal conditions. The plants are robust, hardy and moderately easy to grow, though it is always worth guarding against pests. A few methods help retain and enhance the terpenes and flavors of your buds:
- Use a quality substrate. Perlite, peat or coco coir are ideal for moisture retention.
- In our customersā experience with Carmagnola CBD, good technique can increase yields by up to 20%.
For indoor cultivation, Blimburn Seeds advises wide, vertical spaces and the ScrOG method to obtain a uniform canopy and build up the lower flowers. Feed quality nutrients through the seedling, vegetative and flowering stages. Outdoors, choose a spot with the most direct sunlight; indoors, set up good tents, fabric pots, LED lighting, an air extractor and a carbon filter. Keep daytime temperatures between 68 and 80 ā, and night temperatures 7 to 9 ā cooler than the day.
These plants prefer low humidity: 55 to 60% in the vegetative phase, around 40% in flowering, and down to 30% by harvest.
Outdoors in the northern hemisphere, sow in April for a harvest in mid-October, at about 14.11 to 21.16 oz per plant (400 to 600 g). Indoors, the cycle runs 8 to 10 weeks with yields of 1.15 to 1.31 oz/ft² (350 to 400 g/m²).
Ideal Climate for Growing
Carmagnola CBD flourishes in a temperate climate of warm, sunny days and cool nights. The optimal range is 70 to 80 ā (21 to 27 ā), supporting robust growth and high cannabinoid production. It prefers consistent sunlight and well-draining soil, thriving in conditions that mirror its native Mediterranean environment, with annual rainfall ideally 20 to 30 inches (500 to 760 mm) to support healthy growth while preventing water-logging.
In the United States, well-suited states include California, Oregon, Colorado, Nevada and Texas, each offering ideal conditions for a successful harvest. The right balance of temperature, sunlight and moisture lets Carmagnola CBD yield a cannabinoid-rich, flavorful crop, bringing out the full genetic potential of this valuable strain.
What does the strain smell like?
The buds of Carmagnola CBD are rock-hard, soaked in resin and often carry a crystalline sheen from the sheer amount of trichomes.
On the palate a bright lemon-citrus note sits over a grounded, earthy base, with a smooth, mellow finish. Carmagnola CBD makes for a soft, easygoing smoke and a happy, clear experience. Thanks to its heavy resin production, it is also an ideal strain for high-quality CBD extracts and concentrates that capture its lemony, earthy profile.
Experiencing the strain
With a Low THC of 0.1% to 0.2% and a Medium CBD of 9% to 12%, Carmagnola CBD brings a happy, relaxed and gently uplifted state of mind with a clear body feel. It leaves you cheerful and at ease, a soothing yet bright option with no psychoactive intensity.
It is a mostly sativa plant with a tall main stem that supports its satellite branches. It grows well indoors or outdoors, with a higher yield when it gets full outdoor sunshine.

CBD Carmagnola terpenes
Carmagnola CBD carries a broad twelve-terpene profile, bright lemon-citrus up top over an earthy, woody base, that shapes both its flavor and its gentle, clear-headed effect, with four terpenes leading the way.
Citral heads the profile with a sharp, lemony citrus note that defines the strainās citrus and lemon flavors and brightens the earthy backdrop. It is widely associated with a fresh, mood-lifting quality, and here it leans into the strainās use against fatigue and low energy.
Myrcene adds a ripe, earthy-musky note with a soft sweetness that gives the smoke a little body. It is widely linked to a relaxing, muscle-softening quality, and in this cultivar it sits behind the strainās use for muscle spasms and physical tension.
Caryophyllene brings a warm, peppery spice that grounds the citrus top notes. It is the one terpene that interacts with the bodyās CB2 receptors and is widely tied to calming, tension-soothing properties, central here to the relief many seek for stress and everyday tension.
Humulene rounds out the base with a dry, earthy, hoppy, woody note that echoes the Caryophyllene. It is widely linked to soothing, anti-inflammatory qualities, reinforcing the calm, body-easing character behind the strainās use for spasms and stress.
Rounding out the profile, Alpha-Pinene adds crisp pine freshness, Eugenol a warm clove spice, Borneol, Camphene and Fenchol cool, camphor-like and herbal touches, Alpha-Cedrene and Cadinene woody, cedar-like depth, and Farnesene a soft green sweetness that complete the aroma.
