Managing Your Order
Please be aware that the Support Team may ask for proof to verify the reported issue. To ensure that we can effectively address any claim, customers must submit the required documentation to authenticate their claim.
Remember that any order related issue (lost, damaged, missing item, stolen, etc) MUST be reported within 15 days of receiving your order to have them replaced.
What if I receive the wrong product ?
Outside the 15-day deadline, exceptions can only be made if the packaging of the product was according to the order and the issue could only have been detected in a developed plant.

– Variety and quantity of seeds received.
– Photos clearly displaying the plant development
– Details regarding the growth environment (date of planting, temperature, light cycle, humidity levels, indoor/outdoor cultivation, type of fertilizers and soil used )
What if a part of my order is missing?
All our orders are shipped in cardboard seed containers that are designed to prevent damage during transportation.
The Blimburn OG strains and Cultivars With Character product lines are packaged in separate cardboard containers.
However, please note that if your order consists of several strains ( excluding the Blimburn OG and Cultivars With Character ) they will all be shipped in a World Wide Cultivars cardboard container. Each cardboard container can hold several strains, individually labeled and packed in plastic bags or ampoules.
We solve all missing seed issues by sending replacement units immediately. You can open the cardboard container to confirm the order is complete.
If you would like to request a refund, please do not open the cardboard box and follow the return procedure.
Refund / return policy
Returns: To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, in the unopened original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The requests for refunds and returns must be submitted within 15 days of the order´s delivery.
Please note that Blimburn will not cover any payment transaction fees.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If the initial shipping costs have been covered by our company, in the case of a refund due to withdrawal, a 15$ fee will be deducted from the order´s amount representing the handling and shipping expense.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
In the event you want to return your order, you’ll need to provide us the following details by filling in the Refund Request Form :
– Your Order ID
– Your email address
– A clear photo of the seeds in the original packaging intact, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– Reason for refund
– Details of the payment account where the refund should be deposited.
Germination Guarantee
– Our guarantee is only available for orders placed at blimburnseeds.com. If you got Blimburn seeds at a different store or website please contact them and ask for their refund/replacement policy.
– Guarantee starts the day after shipment and will be valid for the next 90 days.
– We accept one claim per order only. In the event you do not germinate all the seeds at the same time, the guarantee will cover just for the ones claimed, not for the other germinated in the future/past).
– The germination guarantee will only apply if you follow our Germination Control Procedure and Germination Guidelines.
– Replacement seeds are only applicable if you have ordered in packs of 3, 6, 9, 25, 50 or 100 seeds and at least 3 seeds of the order failed to germinate.
– If you bought individual seed packs or if less than 3 seeds of your order failed to germinate, you’ll receive a free seeds coupon to be redeemed on your next purchase.
Germination Control Procedure:
On the first day of germination, type “today’s date” into Google and take a screenshot.
Record with your phone a video of the seeds and the container in which they are germinating.
Repeat this process for days: 3, 5 and 7.
In the event your seeds haven’t germinated after day 7, please, fill the following form including also the videos taken during the germination stage.
Plant development appearance / potency.
For over two decades, Blimburn has specialized in creating and cultivating cannabis strains. Our website offers detailed information obtained from rigorous reports and analysis conducted on each strain, providing customers with accurate and verified details.
The descriptions of our strains are meticulously studied during every harvest and selection process. However, this information is provided on the basis of a crop under optimal conditions, therefore cannot be guaranteed since the development of the plant is influenced by the growing conditions (temperature, light, water, nutrients, pH, humidity, etc.).
Our warranty only applies to seeds that have not germinated, and ends once the seeds have produced tap roots. Germination and tap root growth are proof that the seeds are alive and growing.
Delivery
Blimburn is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process.
If the order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect/ incomplete address, or if the recipient is not available for the delivery, a $15 fee will be charged to the customer to cover shipping costs. .
Delivery guarantee
We guarantee deliveries only in the USA, Canada, European Union and UK. If you do not receive your order, we will resend it.
Delivery guarantee excludes remote territories located outside the countries listed above and the countries not mentioned, but the reshipment guarantee is available as an alternative.
Please note that once the carrier updates the shipment status to “Delivered” our delivery guarantee ends. Blimburn Seeds cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of the package. To minimize risks, we recommend being available for package receipt or having a secure mailbox.
Reshipment Guarantee
This policy only applies to countries not covered by our delivery guarantee. We guarantee deliveries only in the USA, Canada, European Union, and the UK. For these regions, since they are included in the delivery guarantee.
At Blimburn, we understand how important it is for our customers to receive their orders in a timely and secure manner. While we cannot guarantee delivery due to factors beyond our control, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction by offering a Reshipment Guarantee.
For customers who have purchased our Reshipment Guarantee and encounter issues with the delivery of their initial shipment, Blimburn offers a one-time replacement shipment at a discounted rate. If your first shipment is not received, we will process a replacement shipment for you at only 25% of the original amount of your order.
Please note that the Reshipment Guarantee covers the cost of the replacement shipment only. Any additional charges, such as customs fees, taxes or PayPal fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
Conditions and Limitations of the the Reshipment Guarantee:
-The Reshipment is only applicable to customers who have paid the $15 fee, for the guarantee at the time of purchase. If you did not opt for the Reshipment Guarantee, this policy does not apply.
-The guarantee covers a one-time replacement shipment at the cost of 25% of the original order amount.
-Subsequent reshipments or refunds are not included.
-Customs regulations and procedures vary by country and can occasionally result in delays or the retention of packages. Blimburn cannot be held liable for any such delays or customs-related issues.
-Please note that once the mail carrier updates the shipment status to “Delivered” our reshipment guarantee ends. To minimize risks, we recommend being available for package receipt or having a secure mailbox.

All items undergo strict quality control to ensure the best condition.
Report any defective items within 30 days of receiving your order for a replacement.
Warranty expires 30 days after delivery or if the tags are removed, the item is worn, damaged, soiled, or washed by the customer.
All order-related issues (loss, defect, damage, deterioration, disappearance) must be reported immediately but no more than 30 days from the date of receipt.
Please follow the care instructions provided on the garment label to properly maintain the item. Blimburn Seeds is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect care methods.
Clothing Faulty items
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, you can get a replacement or a refund to your original payment method*.

Any order related issue MUST be reported within 30 days of receiving
*In case of incorrect items, please note:
– Please verify in your order confirmation email if the garment was included in your order

In case of faulty items, please note:
-once we have verified the documentation provided, we will let you know if you will have to return the garment so that we can provide you with a resolution.
-if a return is required, the item must be shipped in the same condition in which it was received.
Clothing Missing items.
If an item is missing from your parcel,but listed on your order confirmation we will send a replacement immediately.

Clothing Return Policy
You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you.
Refunds are provided for returns requested within 30 days of delivery if the items are in resellable condition (not damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn, and all labels and price tags are attached).
Provide your order number, reason for the refund, your email address, payment account details, clear photos of the item in resellable condition, and your address for a return label.
Return items in their original packaging. Once received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund status( approved / rejected).
Clothing Refund Terms and conditions:
A $9.99 fee will be deducted from your refund for return label shipping costs, only if the return reason is not due to Blimburn.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
If you choose to return the items with a carrier of your choice, Blimburn will not cover the return shipping costs.
The transaction fees for the initial payment are non-refundable.
If necessary, the customer will be responsible for covering any refund fees.
Clones
Clone Guarantee:
Our guarantee is valid for 24 hours following delivery and includes the following:
– Delivery: We guarantee that your order will arrive on time and in flawless condition. Any lost packages, as well as damaged, missing, or incorrect items, will be replaced.
– Quality Assurance: Each clone is guaranteed to be pest-free, healthy, fully rooted, and ready for transplantation.
Replacements will not be offered if:
– If more than 24 hours have passed since delivery, it is crucial to inspect and transplant the clones quickly to ensure their health.
– If the clones were transplanted their growing medium. The well-being of your clones relies on the provided care, including watering, nutrients, and environmental factors, which are beyond Blimburn control.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Given the unique nature and sensitivity of our products, we do not accept requests for returns or exchanges once an item has been shipped.
Returned Orders due to customer’s fault.
If the order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if no one is available to accept the delivery, a fee of $39 will be charged to cover the shipping costs.* This fee will be the responsibility of the customer, regardless of whether the order is reshipped or refunded.
