Germinating CBD Kush (1:1) seeds
It is important to germinate your weed seeds carefully if you want to have a healthy harvest from day one. Although there are several methods to germinate our Feminized cannabis seeds, at Blimburn Seeds, we recommend our customers to follow our easy and simple technique.
Before removing ourĀ CBD Kush (1:1)Ā seeds from their packaging, remember that cannabis seeds are alive and delicate. Our hands are full of bacteria that can easily infect seeds and ruin our germination.
Set Up Your Germination Station:Ā Begin by moistening two paper towels with room-temperature water. Lay one paper towel on a plate and spread the seeds on it, spacing them about 2 cm apart.
Place the second paper towel on top of the seeds, and make sure to remove any excess water from the plate. Cover the setup with another opaque plate and store it in a warm, dark location.
Monitoring:Ā Make sure paper towels are still moist by checking every 4-6 hours and spraying room-temperature water. Typically, germination should occur within 24 to 120 hours.
Once the seeds have sprouted tap roots, plant them with the roots facing down and cover with about 2 cm of soil. Remember to water the soil regularly by spraying to keep it moist. It may take up to two weeks for the plants to start growing.
Ideal Conditions: Maintain a consistent temperature of 69.8 ĀŗF ā 78.8 ĀŗF (21 ĀŗC ā 26 ĀŗC) in the germination area. Use purified room temperature bottled water with a pH level between 5.5 and 6.5. Keep the seeds away from light, allowing exposure for less than 1 minute before and during germination. Avoid touching the seeds or applying pressure to them.
Record Keeping: To qualify for the three month germination guarantee, it is necessary to follow all the steps outlined in our germination guidelines.
Please do not useĀ alternative germination methods, such as using a water bottle or planting directly into soil. Document the germination process through photography or video, as it will be requested when assessing claims for replacement products.

How to grow weedĀ CBD Kush (1:1) ?
CBD Kush (1:1) seeds can be grown indoors or outdoors under optimal conditions, to avoid any problems during their development. Although they are moderately easy to grow and hardy, we should always prevent any pests.
You can use different growing methods to retain and enhance the terpenes and flavors of your CBD Kush (1:1) buds.
- Use a quality substrate. Perlite, peat or coco coir are ideal for moisture retention.
- Thanks to the experience of our customers with our CBD Kush (1:1) seeds, we know that we can increase yields by up to 20%.
For optimal indoor cultivation, Blimburn Seeds advises wide, vertical spaces and the use of the ScrOG method to obtain a uniform canopy and increase the size of the lower flowers. If you plan to grow our CBD seeds outdoors, we have developed a grow guide for optimal cultivation in any area of the world.
Remember that our cannabis plants also need good nutrients as seedlings, in their vegetative period and finally in their flowering period.
When you grow outdoors, choose the best date for your crop and a place where the plants receive the most hours of sunshine.
If you prefer to grow indoors, use good tents, textile pots, led lighting, an air extractor to circulate clean air and, of course, a good carbon filter to avoid problems with neighbors or the law.
Keep daytime temperatures between 68-80 ā and nighttime temperatures 7 to 9 ā cooler than the day.
CBD plants need low humidity to thrive. Keep relative humidity (RH) at 55%-60% during the vegetative phase, reduce it to around 40% during flowering and to about 30% by harvest.
Outdoors, breeders in the northern hemisphere should sow their cannabis seeds in April for harvest in mid October. Healthy CBD Kush (1:1) seeds produce about 17 oz/plant | 500 gr/plant of buds each. Indoors, these crops have a flowering time of 8 – 10 weeks and produce about 1.31 oz/ft² | 400 gr/m².
Ideal Climate for Growing
CBD Kush (1:1) flourishes in a warm temperate climate with warm summers and mild winters. The optimal temperature range is 70-80 ā (21-27 ā), which is important for healthy growth and maximum cannabinoid production. Ample sunlight and low humidity are essential, as excess moisture can lead to mold and other issues that affect yield.
In the United States, the most suitable states include California, Oregon, Colorado, Nevada and Florida, which offer the right combination of temperature, sunlight and humidity. Growers in Texas, North Carolina and Arizona can also find favorable conditions with the right care. Choosing an ideal climate enhances the quality and potency of your CBD Kush plants for a successful, bountiful harvest.

CBD Kush (1:1) terpenes
CBD Kush (1:1) offers a sweet, fruity aroma over a soft Kush base, paired with a balanced, CBD-forward profile. It carries a broad set of twelve terpenes, led by four dominant players that shape both that scent and its happy, relaxed and talkative effect.
Myrcene leads with a sweet, ripe, fruity depth over a mild earthy base, the heart of the aroma. As the terpene most tied to relaxation, it drives the soothing, mellow body calm that balances the strain’s lively side and supports its use for stress and muscle tension.
Citral adds a bright, sweet citrus lift that sharpens the fruity character and keeps the aroma fresh and vivid.
Caryophyllene brings a warm, peppery spice and is the only terpene known to bind the body’s CB2 receptors. Widely linked to easing tension and discomfort, it pairs naturally with CBD to support the strain’s use for muscle spasms and stress.
Alpha-Pinene contributes a crisp pine note tied to mental clarity and focus, helping keep the head clear and talkative and countering fatigue.
A supporting cast of Humulene, Camphene, Borneol, Eugenol, Alpha-Cedrene, Cadinene, Farnesene and Fenchol adds earthy, cooling, woody and spicy accents, giving CBD Kush a sweet, fruity aroma paired with a happy, relaxed and talkative effect, kept smooth and low-intensity by its balanced CBD to THC content.

How To Grow CBD Kush (1:1)
Read Now1:1 ratio means this strain has been expertly bred to produce an equal, balanced amount of CBD and THC (typically around 5-10% of each). This creates a unique therapeutic effect known as the “entourage effect.” Instead of a strong “high,” you’ll experience a profoundly relaxing, clear-headed, and very manageable sense of physical calm and mental peace. The CBD works in synergy with the THC to provide powerful relief from pain, anxiety, and insomnia while significantly reducing the psychoactive intensity.
Expect a classic, robust, and bushy Indica-dominant structure. It grows into a short-to-medium sized, sturdy plant with a very strong main stem and numerous productive side-branches. It does not stretch much, making it an ideal choice for growers with limited vertical space, small tents, or for a Sea of Green (SOG) setup.
Yes, it is an absolutely fantastic choice for beginners. This strain was bred from famously resilient and easy-to-grow Kush genetics. It is very forgiving of common mistakes, naturally resistant to pests and mold, and its manageable structure makes it easy to cultivate. It’s a low-stress, highly rewarding plant for anyone looking to grow their own high-CBD medicine.
While the 1:1 ratio is genetically determined, you can ensure the plant reaches its full medicinal potential by providing a stable, stress-free environment. The key is to allow the plant to fully mature. Do not harvest too early. Wait until the trichomes are all milky-white, as this is when cannabinoid production is at its peak. A slow, careful drying and curing process of at least four weeks will also preserve the delicate terpenes and cannabinoids, enhancing the overall therapeutic effect.
Its manageable size makes this strain very versatile. For a simple approach, topping the plant once or twice during the vegetative stage will break its apical dominance and create a beautiful, even canopy with multiple colas. To improve airflow and focus energy on the main buds, lollipopping (removing the lower, smaller branches and leaves) before flipping to flower is also highly recommended.
