Germinating OG Kush x Amnesia seeds

It is important to germinate your weed seeds carefully if you want to have a healthy harvest from day one. Although there are several methods to germinate our Feminized cannabis seeds, at Blimburn Seeds, we recommend our customers to follow our easy and simple technique.

Before removing our OG Kush x Amnesia seeds from their packaging, remember that cannabis seeds are alive and delicate. Our hands are full of bacteria that can easily infect seeds and ruin our germination.

Set Up Your Germination Station: Begin by moistening two paper towels with room temperature water. Lay one paper towel on a plate and spread the seeds on it, spacing them about 2 cm apart. Place the second paper towel on top of the seeds, and make sure to remove any excess water from the plate. Cover the setup with another opaque plate and store it in a warm, dark location.

Monitoring: Make sure paper towels are still moist by checking every 4-6 hours and spraying room temperature water. Typically, germination should occur within 24 to 120 hours. Once the seeds have sprouted tap roots, plant them with the roots facing down and cover with about 2 cm of soil. Remember to water the soil regularly by spraying to keep it moist. It may take up to two weeks for the plants to start growing.

Ideal Conditions: Maintain a consistent temperature of 69.8 ºF – 78.8 ºF (21 ºC – 26 ºC) in the germination area. Use purified room temperature bottled water with a pH level between 5.5 and 6.5. Keep the seeds away from light, allowing exposure for less than 1 minute before and during germination. Avoid touching the seeds or applying pressure to them.

Record Keeping: To qualify for the three month germination guarantee, it is necessary to follow all the steps outlined in our germination guidelines. Please do not use alternative germination methods, such as using a water bottle or planting directly into soil. Document the germination process through photography or video, as it will be requested when assessing claims for replacement products.

During flowering, the plants produce dense, resin-coated buds with a striking aroma. Thanks to its robust genetics, OG Kush x Amnesia thrives in a range of environments, an excellent choice for cultivators of all skill levels.

How to grow OG Kush x Amnesia strain?

OG Kush x Amnesia Feminized seeds can be grown indoors or outdoors under optimal conditions, to avoid any problems during their development. Although they are robust and moderately easy to grow, we should always prevent any pests.

You can use different growing methods to retain and enhance the terpenes and flavors of your Feminized OG Kush x Amnesia buds.

• Use a quality substrate. Perlite, peat or coco coir are ideal for moisture retention.
• Thanks to the experience of our customers with our Feminized OG Kush x Amnesia seeds, we know that we can increase yields by up to 20%.

For optimal indoor cultivation, Blimburn Seeds advises wide, vertical spaces and the use of the ScrOG method to obtain a uniform canopy and increase the size of the lower flowers. If you plan to grow our Feminized seeds outdoors, we have developed a grow guide for optimal cultivation in any area of the world.

Remember that our cannabis plants also need good nutrients as seedlings, in their vegetative period and finally in their flowering period.

When you grow outdoors, choose the best date for your crop and a place where the plants receive the most hours of sunshine.

If you prefer to grow indoors, use good tents, textile pots, led lighting, an air extractor to circulate clean air and, of course, a good carbon filter to avoid problems with neighbors or the law.

Keep daytime temperatures between 68-80 ℉ and nighttime temperatures 7 to 9 ℉ cooler than the day.

Feminized plants need low humidity to thrive. Keep relative humidity (RH) at 55%-60% during the vegetative phase, reduce it to around 40% during flowering and to about 30% by harvest.

Outdoors, breeders in the northern hemisphere should sow their cannabis seeds in April for harvest in mid October. Healthy Feminized OG Kush x Amnesia seeds produce about 21 – 28 oz/plant | 600 – 800 gr/plant of buds each.

Indoors, these crops have a flowering time of 8 – 10 weeks and produce about 1.64 – 1.97 oz/ft² | 500 – 600 gr/m².

Ideal Climate for Growing

OG Kush x Amnesia flourishes in a temperate climate with warm summers and moderate humidity. The ideal temperature range is 70-80 ℉ (21-27 ℃), which promotes vigorous growth and maximizes yield. The strain is quite adaptable but does best where sunlight is stable and consistent, and it prefers well-draining soil with moderate rainfall to avoid waterlogged conditions.

In the United States, the best states for OG Kush x Amnesia include California, Oregon, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, Florida and Texas, which offer the ideal climate along with a strong community of experienced cultivators. With the right environment and steady temperatures, growers can bring out the strain’s robust characteristics for a bountiful harvest.

OG Kush x Amnesia terpenes

OG Kush x Amnesia blends the citrusy haze of Amnesia with the earthy, woody backbone of OG Kush, giving it a zesty lemon and pine aroma over a woody base. It carries a remarkably rich profile of eighteen terpenes, led by four dominant players that shape both that scent and its creative, energetic and euphoric effect.

Limonene leads with a bright, zesty lemon-and-citrus punch tied to an elevated, positive mood. It drives the euphoric, uplifting energy that makes this such a lively daytime sativa and a favorite for lifting mood and easing fatigue.

Alpha-Pinene adds a crisp, resinous pine note linked to mental clarity and focus. It sharpens the creative, clear-headed side of the high and grounds the citrus with a fresh, green edge.

Terpinolene brings a fresh, herbal, slightly fruity brightness, the classic Amnesia haze signature. Associated with an uplifting, clear-headed feel, it reinforces the energetic, creative character.

Caryophyllene contributes a warm, peppery, woody spice and is the only terpene known to bind the body’s CB2 receptors. Widely linked to easing tension, it supports the strain’s use for stress and muscle spasms.

A broad supporting cast, including Citral, Myrcene, Humulene, Cadinene, Alpha-Cedrene, Camphene, Borneol, Eugenol, Farnesene, Fenchol, Linalool, Nerolidol, Phytol and Terpineol, adds fresh lemon, earthy, woody, floral and spicy accents plus a calming counterweight, giving OG Kush x Amnesia a zesty lemon, pine and woody aroma paired with a creative, energetic and euphoric effect made for daytime and social use.
