Germinating Maracuya Regular seeds
It is important to germinate your weed seeds carefully if you want to have a healthy harvest from day one. Although there are several methods to germinate our regular cannabis seeds, at Blimburn Seeds we recommend following our easy, simple technique.
Before removing our Maracuya Regular seeds from their packaging, remember that cannabis seeds are alive and delicate. Our hands are full of bacteria that can easily infect seeds and ruin our germination.
Set Up Your Germination Station: Begin by moistening two paper towels with room temperature water. Lay one paper towel on a plate and spread the seeds on it, spacing them about 2 cm apart. Place the second paper towel on top of the seeds, and make sure to remove any excess water from the plate. Cover the setup with another opaque plate and store it in a warm, dark location.
Monitoring: Make sure paper towels are still moist by checking every 4-6 hours and spraying room temperature water. Typically, germination should occur within 24 to 120 hours. Once the seeds have sprouted tap roots, plant them with the roots facing down and cover with about 2 cm of soil.
Remember to water the soil regularly by spraying to keep it moist. It may take up to two weeks for the plants to start growing.
Ideal Conditions: Maintain a consistent temperature of 69.8 ºF – 78.8 ºF (21 ºC – 26 ºC) in the germination area. Use purified room temperature bottled water with a pH level between 5.5 and 6.5. Keep the seeds away from light, allowing exposure for less than 1 minute before and during germination. Avoid touching the seeds or applying pressure to them.
Record Keeping: To qualify for the three month germination guarantee, it is necessary to follow all the steps outlined in our germination guidelines. Please do not use alternative germination methods, such as using a water bottle or planting directly into soil. Document the germination process through photography or video, as it will be requested when assessing claims for replacement products.
Maracuya Regular Flowering Time
Maracuya Regular marijuana seeds require a flowering time of 10 – 12 weeks, reflecting the extended cycle typical of Sativa strains. While the wait may be longer than with other varieties, the results are well worth it, producing high quality yields with potent effects.
The Maracuya Regular strain benefits from its robust parent genetics, ensuring a resilient plant capable of thriving in diverse conditions. With proper care, cultivators can expect dense, resin coated buds that showcase the strain’s exceptional Sativa lineage.
How to grow Maracuya Regular strain?
Maracuya Regular can be grown indoors or outdoors under optimal conditions, to avoid any problems during their development. Although they are compact and robust, moderately easy to grow and hardy, we should always prevent any pests.
You can use different growing methods to retain and enhance the terpenes and flavors of your Maracuya Regular buds.
- Use a quality substrate. Perlite, peat or coco coir are ideal for moisture retention.

For optimal indoor cultivation, Blimburn Seeds advises wide, vertical spaces and the use of the ScrOG method to obtain a uniform plane and increase the size of the lower flowers. If you plan to grow our Regular seeds outdoors, we have developed a grow guide for optimal cultivation in any area of the world.
Remember that our cannabis plants also need good nutrients when our Regular seeds are seedlings, in their vegetative period and finally in their flowering period.
When you grow cannabis seeds outdoors, choose the best date for your crop, a place where our cannabis plants receive the most hours of sunshine.
If on the other hand you like to grow your Regular seeds indoors and you have good tents, textile pots for growing, led lighting, air extractor, to circulate clean air and of course a good carbon filter to avoid problems with neighbors or the law.
Keep daytime temperatures between 68-80 ℉ and nighttime temperatures 7 to 9 ℉ cooler than the day.
Regular plants need low humidity to thrive. Keep relative humidity (RH) levels at 55%-60% during the vegetative phase. Reduce RH to around 40% during the flowering phase. By harvest time, you can reduce RH to 30%.
Outdoors, breeders in the northern hemisphere should sow their cannabis seeds in April for harvest in mid October. Healthy Maracuya Regular seeds produce about 21.26 – 35.27 oz/plant | 600 – 1000 gr/plant of buds each.
Indoors, these crops have a flowering time of 10 – 12 weeks and produce about 1.64 – 14.75 oz/ft² | 500 – 4500 g/m².
Ideal Climate for Growing

The optimal temperature range for cultivating this variety is between 70-85 ℉ (21-29 ℃), which promotes vigorous growth and robust yields. This strain particularly benefits from consistent sunlight and well draining soil to facilitate root health and prevent disease. Moderate seasonal rainfall also aids its development, so growers should ensure adequate moisture during the growing season.
In the United States, strong states for cultivating Maracuya Regular include California, Florida, Texas, Louisiana and Hawaii. These regions offer the perfect blend of temperature, humidity, and sunlight needed for successful growth. Maracuya Regular makes a delicious, smooth smoke and delivers a happy, energetic experience. Thanks to its large resin production, it is an ideal strain for high quality extracts and concentrates.
A good terpene profile enhances the flavors of the buds of cannabis plants. Terpenes are volatile organic compounds that are produced in the cannabis plant and have an effect on the aroma and flavor of the buds.
These terpenes act as a kind of energizer for the flavors of the buds, as they add a fresh, citrusy touch to the sweeter flavors found in the buds. On the other hand, terpenes also have an effect on the effect that cannabis produces when smoked, as some terpenes have sedative properties, while others can act as stimulants.
For this reason, it is important to know the different terpenes found in a given cannabis strain before smoking it, in order to get the most out of the flavors and effects they produce.

Maracuya Regular terpenes
Maracuya Regular opens with a pungent diesel and sour aroma lifted by a fruity, tropical sweetness, a nod to its Sour Diesel and OG Kush parents. Behind that scent sits a four-terpene profile, and three of them lead, shaping both the aroma and its euphoric, energetic character.
Myrcene brings a soft, fruity and slightly earthy base that rounds out the sharp diesel edge and carries the strain’s tropical sweetness.
Terpinolene adds a fresh, complex lift, herbal and lightly piney with a sour twist, and often sits behind the bright, uplifting feel of energetic sativas.
Alpha-Pinene contributes a crisp, pine-sharp note that echoes the diesel bite and is frequently linked to alertness and mental clarity, reinforcing the strain’s focused, euphoric high.
Together, these terpenes give Maracuya Regular its signature character: a diesel-sour aroma with fruity depth, paired with a euphoric, powerful and energetic effect made for daytime use.
