Lineage Chocolope Regular strain
Chocolope Regular is a mostly sativa hybrid, 20% Indica / 80% Sativa, from crossing OG Chocolate Thai with Cannalope Haze. It carries a citrus, fruity, orange flavor over a strong, mostly sativa body high.
Regular seeds cannot be classified as feminized seeds. They are the original seeds from nature, carrying both sexes, male and female. With a THC of 18% to 24%, it is a great choice for anyone after a happy experience with a good dose of energy.
Origin
Chocolope Regular is a sativa-dominant cross of Chocolate Thai and Cannalope Haze, developed to bring out its citrus-forward flavor and uplifting effects. From its Chocolate Thai side it inherits a subtle chocolate-and-coffee undertone, while Cannalope Haze lends the bright citrus and orange notes that lead the profile.
Carefully bred for stable, consistent genetics, it rewards growers with high-quality, potent plants and is well regarded by growers and consumers alike.
Chocolope Regular Sativa or Indica?
Chocolope Regular is predominantly sativa, 20% Indica / 80% Sativa. True to that heritage, it delivers uplifting, energizing effects, a stimulating, cerebral experience ideal for daytime use and for anyone after a boost in creativity and focus.
It also shows the classic sativa structure, tall growth and thin leaves. Together with its invigorating effects, that confirms how heavily it leans sativa. Expect a refreshing, mind-enhancing sensation that lifts mood and productivity.
Chocolope Regular Effects
Chocolope Regularās effects are primarily uplifting and energizing, a popular pick for anyone after mental stimulation and creativity. Many report a lift in mood and energy that helps shake off fatigue and keeps a positive outlook, with a clear-headed high that sharpens focus and productivity, ideal for daytime use.
Many also turn to it for support with anxiety, low mood and sleep, for a calming yet invigorating feel that eases tension. Its balanced nature can help with mild physical discomfort too, offering relief without being overly sedative. Overall it is favored for its happy, energetic buzz. Effects vary from person to person.
Germinating Chocolope Regular
It is important to germinate your weed seeds carefully if you want to have a healthy harvest from day one. Although there are several methods to germinate our regular cannabis seeds, at Blimburn Seeds we recommend following our easy, simple technique. Before removing our Chocolope RegularĀ seeds from their packaging, remember that cannabis seeds are alive and delicate. Our hands are full of bacteria that can easily infect seeds and ruin our germination.
Set Up Your Germination Station:Ā Begin by moistening two paper towels with room temperature water. Lay one paper towel on a plate and spread the seeds on it, spacing them about 2 cm apart. Place the second paper towel on top of the seeds, and make sure to remove any excess water from the plate. Cover the setup with another opaque plate and store it in a warm, dark location.
Monitoring: Make sure paper towels are still moist by checking every 4-6 hours and spraying room temperature water. Typically, germination should occur within 24 to 120 hours. Once the seeds have sprouted tap roots, plant them with the roots facing down and cover with about 2 cm of soil. Remember to water the soil regularly by spraying to keep it moist. It may take up to two weeks for the plants to start growing.
Ideal Conditions: Maintain a consistent temperature of 70-90ĀŗF in the germination area. Use purified room temperature bottled water with a pH level between 5.5 and 7. Keep the seeds away from light, allowing exposure for less than 1 minute before and during germination. Avoid touching the seeds or applying pressure to them.
Record Keeping: To qualify for the three month germination guarantee, it is necessary to follow all the steps outlined in our germination guidelines. Please do not useĀ alternative germination methods, such as using a water bottle or planting directly into soil. Document the germination process through photography or video, as it will be requested when assessing claims for replacement products.
Chocolope Regular Seeds Flowering Time
Chocolope Regular has a moderate flowering time, typically 8 to 10 weeks. That window lets the plant fully develop its potent effects and rich flavors, and growers appreciate how it balances a quality yield with efficient cultivation.
It is also known for its resilience, a reliable choice for growers. Its ability to shrug off common pests and diseases, together with that moderate flowering time, makes for a rewarding grow. Novice or experienced, you can expect a high-quality harvest with minimal hassle.
How to grow Chocolope Regular Seeds
Chocolope Regular seeds can be grown indoors or outdoors under optimal conditions. The plants are compact, robust, hardy and moderately easy to grow, though it is always worth guarding against pests. A few methods help retain and enhance the terpenes and flavors of your buds:
- Use a quality substrate. Perlite, peat or coco coir are ideal for moisture retention.
- In our customersā experience with Chocolope Regular, good technique can increase yields by up to 20%.
For indoor cultivation, we advise wide, vertical spaces and the ScrOG method to obtain a uniform canopy and build up the lower flowers. Feed quality nutrients through the seedling, vegetative and flowering stages. Outdoors, choose a spot with the most direct sunlight; indoors, set up good tents, fabric pots, LED lighting, an air extractor and a carbon filter.
Keep daytime temperatures between 68 and 80 ā, and night temperatures 7 to 9 ā cooler than the day. These plants prefer low humidity: 55 to 60% in the vegetative phase, around 40% in flowering, and down to 30% by harvest.
Outdoors in the northern hemisphere, sow in April for a harvest in mid-October, at about 15.87 to 17.64 oz per plant (450 to 500 g). Indoors, the cycle runs 8 to 10 weeks with yields of 1.47 to 1.64 oz/ft² (450 to 500 g/m²).
Perfect Weather Conditions for Cultivating
Chocolope Regular flourishes in a warm climate that mirrors its tropical heritage. The optimum range for this vigorous strain is 72 to 80 ā (22 to 27 ā), which drives strong, healthy growth. It prefers a mildly humid environment and thrives with plenty of sunlight throughout the growing cycle.
In the United States, you may find success in states with tropical-like climates such as California, Oregon and Washington, along with Nevada and Arizona. Texas, Florida, South Carolina and Georgia also offer supportive, warm and sunny conditions, as do Tennessee and North Carolina, where warm to hot summers and moderate humidity make for a successful harvest.
What does the strain smell like?
The buds of Chocolope Regular are rock-hard, soaked in resin and often carry a crystalline sheen from the sheer amount of trichomes. On the palate it leads with bright citrus and orange over a fruity base, with a subtle chocolate-and-coffee undertone inherited from its Chocolate Thai side.
Chocolope Regular makes for a smooth, soft smoke and a focused, happy and relaxed experience. Thanks to its heavy resin production, it is also an ideal strain for high-quality extracts and concentrates that capture its citrus-orange profile.
Experiencing the strain
With a THC of 18% to 24%, Chocolope Regular brings a happy, focused and relaxed state. It leaves you cheerful and upbeat, with a clear, energizing head and an easy body.
It is best enjoyed through the day or afternoon, when its uplifting side shines. A mostly sativa plant with a sturdy main stem that supports its satellite branches, it grows well indoors or outdoors, with a similar production and a higher yield when it gets full outdoor sunshine.
Chocolope Regular seeds are a mostly sativa strain with a flowering period of 8 to 10 weeks. Feeding the right nutrients at each stage helps develop resinous buds and trichomes.
Chocolope Regular terpenes
Chocolope Regular carries a twelve-terpene profile that explains both its citrus-forward aroma and the way its high lands: an upbeat, clear-headed lift from a sativa-leaning plant, softened by a relaxed finish. Four terpenes lead the blend and account for most of what you taste and feel, while the chocolate-and-coffee whisper of its Chocolate Thai lineage sits underneath the brighter notes.
Limonene is the backbone of the aroma, a punchy, zesty citrus note edging into fresh orange peel that lands right at the front of every inhale and defines the strainās Citrus and Orange flavors. It is widely associated with an uplifted, brighter mood and a general sense of mental lightness. In Chocolope Regular it drives the happy, energizing head and underpins the strainās reputation as a daytime companion for low mood and mental fog.
Citral layers a sharper, lemon-and-lemongrass tang over the Limonene, giving the orange a lively, almost sherbet-like edge that keeps the profile crisp rather than heavy. It is commonly tied to an invigorating, mood-brightening quality and a clean, refreshing character. Here it reinforces the strainās focused, cheerful daytime feel and the citrus top notes that make the smoke so bright on the palate.
Terpinolene adds complexity with a fruity, faintly piney and herbal freshness, the kind of multidimensional top note typical of classic Haze genetics like its Cannalope Haze parent. It is often linked to an uplifting, clear-headed effect that lifts without over-stimulating. In this cultivar it supports the creative focus of the 80% sativa side, filling out the Fruity flavor while keeping the experience lucid rather than racy.
Linalool is the counterweight to all that brightness, a soft, floral-lavender note with a faint sweetness that rounds the sharp citrus edges. It is widely associated with a calming, stress-easing quality that settles an overactive mind. In Chocolope Regular it balances the energizing terpenes, quiets mental restlessness tied to anxiety, and shapes the relaxed, easy finish that supports winding down and restful sleep.
Filling out the profile, Terpineol, Borneol and Camphene lend a cooling, herbal-pine depth that grounds the citrus, Eugenol brings a warm, clove-like spice, and Alpha-Cedrene, Fenchol, Nerolidol and Phytol round things off with subtle woody, earthy and balsamic undertones that give the aroma its finished, full-bodied character.
