We guarantee deliveries only in the USA, Canada, Europe and the UK. If you do not receive your order, we will resend it.
Our strains are unique, stable and are the result of years of study, hard work and stabilization.
CONDITIONS OF THE GUARANTEED DELIVERY
LOST PARCEL: Our delivery guarantee expires once the shipment status changes to DELIVERED. If for different reasons your parcel get lost, we will resend it or we give you the value of your order in Blimcoins.
WRONG ADDRESS: If you mistakenly gave us the wrong shipping address, we will ask you to pay the freight cost for replacement.
CUSTOMS ISSUES: If your package is blocked and destroyed by customs, we will not send it to you again.
CONDITIONS OF THE GERMINATION GUARANTEE
We only guarantee the first 3 months after shipment.
GERMINATION CONTROL PROCEDURE:
1. On the first day of germination, type
“today’s date” into Google.
2. On your phone, record a video of the germination start date as well as the container your seeds are in.
3. Repeat this process for days 3, 5 and 7.
4. To claim your guarantee, after 7 days, open a new ticket in our Support Center and send us your videos to be reviewed by our guarantee department

* Replacement seeds are only applicable if you have ordered in packs of 9, 25, 50 or 100 seeds.
* If you have purchased a pack of 1, 3, or 6 seeds and pass the guarantee check, you will receive a coupon for your next purchase with the seeds that did not sprout.
