Germinating Modified Grapes seeds
It is important to germinate your weed seeds carefully if you want to have a healthy harvest from day one. Although there are several methods to germinate our Feminized cannabis seeds, at Blimburn Seeds, we recommend our customers to follow our easy and simple technique.
Before removing our Modified Grapes seeds from their packaging, remember that cannabis seeds are alive and delicate. Our hands are full of bacteria that can easily infect seeds and ruin our germination.
Set Up Your Germination Station: Begin by moistening two paper towels with room temperature water. Lay one paper towel on a plate and spread the seeds on it, spacing them about 2 cm apart. Place the second paper towel on top of the seeds, and make sure to remove any excess water from the plate. Cover the setup with another opaque plate and store it in a warm, dark location.
Monitoring: Make sure paper towels are still moist by checking every 4-6 hours and spraying room temperature water. Typically, germination should occur within 24 to 120 hours. Once the seeds have sprouted tap roots, plant them with the roots facing down and cover with about 2 cm of soil.
Remember to water the soil regularly by spraying to keep it moist. It may take up to two weeks for the plants to start growing.
Ideal Conditions: Maintain a consistent temperature of 69.8 ºF – 78.8 ºF (21 ºC – 26 ºC) in the germination area. Use purified room temperature bottled water with a pH level between 5.5 and 6.5. Keep the seeds away from light, allowing exposure for less than 1 minute before and during germination. Avoid touching the seeds or applying pressure to them.
Record Keeping: To qualify for the three month germination guarantee, it is necessary to follow all the steps outlined in our germination guidelines. Please do not use alternative germination methods, such as using a water bottle or planting directly into soil. Document the germination process through photography or video, as it will be requested when assessing claims for replacement products.

Ideal Climate for Growing

It is important to maintain humidity levels between 40–60% during the vegetative stage and lower it to around 40% during flower production for optimal results.
For U.S. growers, states with the ideal climate for cultivating Modified Grapes include California, Colorado, Oregon, Nevada, and Florida. What does the strain smell like?
The buds of Modified Grapes are rock hard, soaked in resin and carry a crystalline sheen from the heavy coat of trichomes. The flavor is a blend of grape, fruity, earthy, spicy and sweet notes.
Modified Grapes makes a smooth, soft smoke and combines a wide range of effects for a strong, relaxing experience. Thanks to its high resin production, it is a good choice for high-quality extracts and concentrates.
A good terpene profile enhances the flavors of the buds of cannabis plants. Terpenes are volatile organic compounds that are produced in the cannabis plant and have an effect on the aroma and flavor of the buds.
These terpenes act as a kind of energizer for the flavors of the buds, as they add a fresh, citrusy touch to the sweeter flavors found in the buds. On the other hand, terpenes also have an effect on the effect that cannabis produces when smoked, as some terpenes have sedative properties, while others can act as stimulants.
For this reason, it is important to know the different terpenes found in a given cannabis strain before smoking it, in order to get the most out of the flavors and effects they produce.

Modified Grapes Strain terpenes
Modified Grapes pairs a sweet, ripe-grape and dark-fruit character with a deep, earthy base and a savory, spicy edge, a candy-meets-funk profile that blends the grape sweetness of Purple Punch with the pungent, earthy bite of GMO. Behind that layered aroma and its deeply relaxing character sit two dominant terpenes, each shaping a different side of this mostly Indica hybrid.
Myrcene anchors the profile with a deep, earthy-musky base carrying a soft, ripe-fruit sweetness that echoes the strain’s grape and berry notes. Widely associated with deep relaxation and physical ease, it drives the heavy, calming body feel and the evening-leaning character of this Indica-dominant strain.
Caryophyllene adds a warm, peppery, savory bite with the pungent, faintly gassy funk inherited from its GMO parent. Often tied to easing tension and everyday stress, it lends the grounded, settled quality that balances the strain’s sweeter side.
Together, these two terpenes give Modified Grapes its signature contrast: a sweet, grape-and-fruit aroma over an earthy, spicy-savory base, paired with a deeply relaxing experience made for winding down at the end of the day.
